How booking works
Find a venue
Browse or search Explore for the room, hall, or equipment you need.
Pick a date and time
Choose an available slot from the venue's calendar.
Book instantly or request approval
Some venues confirm right away; others need the organisation to review your request first.
The organisation confirms and takes payment
Once approved, the organisation confirms your booking and handles payment directly.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set by each organisation and shown on your booking before you confirm. To cancel or change a booking, go to My bookings in your account and open the booking, or contact the organisation directly.
Documents & verification
Some venues require you to upload documents (such as ID or a membership card) before a booking is confirmed. You can upload these from your booking once requested, and the organisation will review and verify them.
