01

Choose what people can do

Invite someone with a role suited to their work. Use individual permissions for bookings, finance, spaces, communications and team settings, rather than giving everyone the same access.

02

Choose where they can do it

Assign selected venues when inviting or editing a member, or grant organisation-wide access. Their booking, pricing and reporting work stays within that venue scope.

03

Separate sensitive actions

Recording payments, issuing refunds and configuring payment providers are separate permissions. Give a reviewer visibility without editing, and check money-handling grants before opening access to the team.

Start with a role.Make it your own.

Start from a built-in role, clone it for a custom version or choose the permissions for a new role. Set each member’s venue access separately. The role summary helps you check booking approvals, payments, refunds and other sensitive responsibilities.

A little more detail

Good to know.

Can I create my own roles?

Yes. An organisation admin or authorised role manager can clone a built-in role or create a custom role with selected permissions. Built-in roles themselves cannot be edited.

Can one team member access only one venue?

Yes. You can assign specific venues when inviting or editing a member. Their bookings, pricing and reports are limited to those venues.

Is there a view-only role?

Yes. The Auditor role provides view-only access across supported screens, without editing or money-handling permissions.

Can I remove access without losing booking history?

Yes. Suspending blocks console access until reactivated. Removing someone from the team removes organisation access while their bookings and history stay on record.
