01

Hours that fit each space

Set weekly opening windows and recurring closures for cleaning or regular downtime. The same space can offer booking packages that share its availability and places.

02

Time for the work between

Set minimum notice, a buffer and how far ahead customers can book. Limit booking duration, with minimum and maximum day spans for day-priced spaces.

03

One closure, several spaces

Block a time window across selected spaces in a venue for maintenance or a hold. Organisation-wide holidays apply across all spaces without editing each weekly schedule.

Set the boundaries.Keep the flexibility.

Weekly hours define the bookable windows. Closures, holidays, existing bookings, notice periods and advance limits narrow them down. The space’s booking-readiness view helps your team see why a time is available or what needs attention.

A little more detail

Good to know.

Can I block several spaces at once?

Yes. Block time on a venue and choose the spaces it applies to. The affected time becomes unavailable without changing existing bookings.

Can I add a regular cleaning break?

Yes. Recurring closures can reserve a repeating window on a specific day of the week for an individual space.

Can different spaces have different booking rules?

Yes. Hours, buffers, notice periods and how far ahead customers can book are configured per space.

Can a space be shared by several bookings?

Yes. Places controls how many people can book concurrently. One place means whole-space hire; more than one uses per-person space pricing and the customer selects a people count.
