01

Venues and spaces

Organise rooms, halls and courts inside their venue. Maintain the capacity and customer-facing description for each space, with venue-level facilities kept separate from space-specific extras.

02

Rates that fit the booking

Set hourly, session or daily rates. Add peak, weekend and seasonal rules, or different prices for customer types such as community and commercial groups.

03

Publish when ready

Complete the venue setup, save drafts and check booking readiness before publishing. Pause new bookings when needed while retaining the listing and its existing bookings.

The details makea space bookable.

Keep the venue’s address, map and shared facilities together. Give each bookable space its own photos, description, hours and pricing. Customers see the place they are choosing; your team knows where to maintain it.

Good to know.

What is the difference between a venue and a space?

A venue is a site or building. A space is the room, hall, court or other resource a customer books within it.

Can each space have different hours and prices?

Yes. Each space has its own weekly hours, booking rules and pricing. Named booking packages can also offer different prices, durations and approval requirements within that space.

Can I pause bookings without removing a listing?

Yes. Pausing stops new bookings while the listing stays visible. Existing bookings and reschedules are unaffected.

Can the booking site use our brand?

Yes. Add your logo, brand colour and favicon to the booking experience. You can also set the sender name and reply-to address for your organisation’s emails.
