Can customers see every booking in a series?
Yes. A booking series keeps its individual dates together. Customers and authorised team members can open an occurrence to see its details and status.
Does each session have its own booking record?
Yes. Each occurrence remains an individual booking within the series, so dates, statuses and financial records stay visible.
What happens when the remaining dates are cancelled?
The upcoming active bookings are cancelled and their slots are released. Past and completed dates remain in the history.
